What do I do if I don't receive a result after my test?

Most results will return very quickly, but on the rare occasion that you do not receive a result...don't panic!

If you see this screen please check the Litmus Status page to see if that client is experiencing any issues. If it is not, please test again. If you are still not receiving results please reach out to us at hello@litmus.com and provide a link to the test you're having trouble with.
