Litmus Lists in Email Testing Profiles

Litmus Lists in Email Testing Profiles let you focus your email testing on smaller sets of pre-defined email clients and devices that have been flagged as critical for testing by the Litmus team. Litmus Lists are available for all users across all plan types and can be accessed in the preview pane in Litmus Builder.

1. New & Recently Updated - This list will include the latest email clients as well as those that have been updated to the latest version:

   • OL Office 365 Dark Windows
2. Key Mobile Clients - This list will have the most frequently tested mobile clients on Android and iPhone devices:

• How should I use the Litmus Lists?
  • We recommend that you use these lists to get an idea of how your email looks as you’re building/testing and then use your default list as a final test for the full QA.
• Can the Litmus Lists be edited?
  • No you cannot edit or customize the Litmus lists as each list is preset. You can however custom select the email clients instead of using the list.
• Will the Litmus Lists change over time?
  • The lists will be updated periodically based on the latest updates and trends.
• How were these lists selected?
  • Our email developers use these lists to test email clients based on frequently used and rendering-challenged clients.
