Why is an email client unavailable for testing?
It's possible that an email client that was available for recent testing will no longer be available to select on the Choose Email Clients area in Checklist.
You will see the unavailable clients marked "Currently unavailable" if there are any known issues.
1. Go to Email Clients.
2. Look for the unavailable status that will appear for the affected email client.
This is usually a temporary condition caused by periodic downtime or updates for the email client. This will usually be noted on our status page.
If you see that a client you would like to test in is missing and it is not listed within the unavailable client list or status page, please contact us and we will take a look into this for you.
