Delete your account

Account holders can pause, cancel, and delete their Litmus accounts. In order to delete an account, your subscription must be cancelled first.

Simple deletion

To have your account deleted so it no longer is attached to your email address, please email hello@litmus.com and we can take care of that for you.

Full data deletion

To request complete data deletion, you can do so using the appropriate form listed in our privacy policy. You must confirm ownership of the email associated with the account you are requesting to be deleted before we can move forward. This is in compliance with our responsibilities and is required proof for GDPR and CCPA audits.
