Adding a Billing Manager to my Litmus account
If you have a billing team that needs access to your Litmus invoices, you have the option to add a “Billing manager” to your Litmus account. You will see this available for selection in the Users modal:
The Billing Manager is able to:
- View and download invoices within the "Invoices & Billing" tab
- Update payment information in the "Payment Information" tab
- Set a "Billing Contact" to be able to receive receipts directly via email
NOTE: For Enterprise accounts, Billing Managers will need to be set in the Parent account. They will also be unable to update payment information, as that permission is restricted to the Account Holder.
