Transfer account ownership

Account Holders can transfer a Litmus account to someone else by using the Transfer Ownership button in account settings. For Basic and Plus plans, select Team from the left menu. For Enterprise plans, select Accounts under Your Subaccounts in the left menu. 

Accounts need to be transferred to an existing user. If your account is at its user limit, you can add a Read-only user and then transfer ownership to that individual. They will take over the Account Holder role and you will become a Read-only user.
