Available plan and payment options for Litmus subscriptions

We accept payment a few different ways on Litmus. We offer monthly subscriptions by credit card, and annual subscriptions by credit card or invoice/PO (check or bank transfer payment).

Monthly subscriptions

Litmus Basic and Plus plans are available with a monthly subscription option. We offer a free 7 day trial of either plan for new customers. After your trial ends, your subscription will roll over to the credit card payment option you entered when signing up for your trial. You can cancel your trial before it ends to prevent charges.

Monthly subscriptions auto-renew each month. You can cancel at any time. Access will expire at the end of your paid period. For trials, access ends immediately on cancellation.

Annual subscriptions

Litmus Basic and Plus plans can be activated for a discounted annual rate. A single annual payment provides service for the following 12 months. We offer a free 7 day trial of these plans for new customers.  After your trial ends, your subscription will roll over to the credit card payment option you entered when signing up for your trial. You can cancel your trial before it ends to prevent charges.

You can also request invoice billing with payment by check or bank transfer. Please contact our support team any time to set up this option!

Enterprise subscriptions

Enterprise subscriptions can be arranged with assistance from our Customer Success team. Enterprise plans offer a wide variety of features and options. Payment options will be arranged when your plan is arranged.

Nonprofit discounts

We are happy to offer a 25% discount to eligible nonprofit organizations for Basic and Plus subscriptions. Please reach out to our support team with your non-profit organization's website and appropriate authorization documentation to start your subscription.

Unavailable plans and payment options

At this time, Litmus does not offer:

• Payment via PayPal or cash apps
• Pay-as-you go options
• Add-on preview packages to existing subscriptions

Cancellation

Services are subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can upgrade or downgrade your Basic or Plus plan at any time, and cancel your Basic or Plus subscription effective at the end of your current monthly or annual subscription period. There is no cancellation fee.
