Available payment options for Litmus subscriptions
We accept payment a few different ways on Litmus. We offer monthly subscriptions by credit card, and annual subscriptions by credit card or invoice/PO (check or bank transfer payment).
What payment options are available for monthly subscriptions?
We accept payment by credit card for monthly subscriptions on Litmus. You can get started by signing up for a plan here.
We do not accept payment by invoice/purchase order or check/bank transfer for our monthly payments due to the increased processing time overhead. Payment by invoice is only available for our annual Plus and Pro subscriptions.
Can I pay upfront for a year?
Yes. We are happy to take payment upfront for 12 months. We accept payment with any major credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa), or by invoice (check/bank transfer).
If you are a new Litmus customer, you may sign up and pay for your annual subscription through https://litmus.com/pricing. If you are an existing customer and you'd like to move to an annual subscription, you can upgrade through the "Your Plan" tab in your Settings here.
Note: All annual accounts paid for by credit card are automatically renewed at the end of 12 months. If you wish to opt-out of auto-renewal, you can do so in your Invoices & Billing tab here.
Can I pay by invoice/purchase order or by check/bank transfer?
We only accept payment by invoice/purchase order or check/bank transfer for our annual Plus and Pro subscriptions on Litmus. Annual subscriptions come with a discount.

Do you accept PayPal for subscriptions?
We do not accept Paypal for monthly or annual subscriptions on Litmus.
Do you offer pay as you go subscriptions or day passes?
Not at this time. Since all of our subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, you can use Litmus on an as-needed basis by selecting the subscription period that best fits your needs. You are welcome to cancel or renew your subscription at any time. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current subscription period—and there is no cancellation fee. These changes can be made within the Billing tab of your Litmus account once you have logged in.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee for my subscription to Litmus?
Services are subject to our online Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and cancel your subscription effective at the end of your current subscription period (either annually or monthly). There is no cancellation fee.
Do you offer nonprofit discounts?
Yes, we're happy to offer a discount to eligible nonprofit organizations. Please contact us if you’d like to learn more.
Don’t work in the nonprofit industry? You can still save on your Litmus subscription. We offer a generous discount when you sign up for an annual plan.
