Getting Started with Litmus Integrated Insights

Get powerful, holistic insights to optimize email campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness. The new Litmus Integrated Insights Report combines email performance data from your Email Service Provider (ESP) with subscriber engagement data from Litmus in a single view, making it easier than ever to create more personalized experiences, optimize design and development, and improve campaign results.

Requirements

  • Litmus Enterprise Plan
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or Marketo (beta only). 
    Note: We are looking for customers to test the Marketo beta.  If you have Marketo, please contact your Account Manager or Learn more about the beta

Get Started

  1. Visit the Litmus Analyze page.
  2. Connect your ESP using the dashboard module at the top.

  3. Follow the instructions to create a Litmus ESP Sync connection, and enter your credentials.
  4. After connecting your ESP we will begin to sync your email data to the Insights report.  You will receive an email when the sync is complete. For most accounts, it takes about 30-45 minutes. 
  5. Report highlights will appear on the Analyze page with a link to the full report.

  6. Subscribe yourself and your team to the Integrated Insights Digest to receive a weekly update of your email performance. Visit the Insights Digest page and click the “Yes, I want to subscribe” button.

  7. Click “Invite Others” to select users on the account to receive the digest, or enter an email address to invite anyone to get the weekly digest email. Invitations are free and do not count towards user limits.
