By connecting your Email Service Provider (ESP) to Litmus, it’s never been easier to build and test your email. Connect your ESP account to Litmus and automatically sync your code and assets to your ESP while you build. Then, when it’s time to review your emails with Litmus Proof or Checklist *, or run a Litmus Spam Test, you can quickly select a draft email from your ESP to view in Litmus without ever switching tools.

Sync code and assets to your ESP while building

With ESP Syncing for Litmus Builder, you can automatically sync your code and assets from Builder to your ESP while you build. Once connected, whenever you make any changes to your code in Builder, Litmus automatically updates the assets in your ESP at the same time.

Run a pre-send Spam Test on a draft from your ESP

Connect your ESP to Litmus to easily start a Spam Test. Your most recent email drafts will appear in the Litmus Spam Testing modal. Select one and Litmus will automatically have your draft scanned across 25+ different deliverability tests and blacklists.

Review a draft email from your ESP

Currently available exclusively to Litmus Enterprise customers on the new Litmus platform.

Click on “New email” and then either the “Approve” or “Test” options. If you’ve connected your ESP with Litmus, we’ll display a list of your most recent draft emails from your ESP. Simply select your draft and we’ll automatically generate a Proof and Checklist via test send from your ESP. Continue your email review and testing without having to switch tools at all.

 ** Note: if you’re a Salesforce Marketing Cloud customer that utilizes the Approval functionality in Content Builder, this functionality will not work unless the email is in an approved state.

 ** Note: For ESP Sync with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to function properly, your Marketing Cloud account must have the All Subscribers List setting enabled. This setting is disabled by default and can be enabled by submitting a request through Marketing Cloud support.
